Because if I hadn't decided to change my flights I would now have been on my route to... Costa Rica indeed. Instead I will arrive there on Monday afternoon and I just hope that will give them enough time to recover. In any case, I think the presence of the windmill today was a lucky sign. Let's just hope the ticos let me into their country...

... Lego constructions in amongst all the rides, and wasn't disappointed - they are dotted all through the park. In fact, the biggest Lego creation ever (some ship from Star Wars) is housed here in it's own shed. And it weighs 23 tonnes!

We manage to get out of bed okay – I think the "Theme Park" cure for jetlag is working! We are a little later than we could be, but hey, we're on holiday! We walk over and get a buffet breakfast from the Lego restaurant again (and George really enjoys some bacon). The kids are itching to go and play in the Lego pits near reception, so we get back to our room quickly and get ready to go out.

... that I was going to get really wet once again. In the video you can hear me scream and then laugh. Oh that was so much fun. Katie and I wanted to go on it again side we were already wet, but Charlie was like no so we walked away. ... was incredible. On Sunday sadly we had to move on to our final destination on our American trip, Los Angeles. En route however, we stopped at San Diego Safari Park. This huge 1,800 acre park is effectively a zoo on a much bigger scale. We both agreed that it was much nicer to see animal in wide open space rather than the cramped cages that you normally see.
