... I did not arrive at the dam until darkness had set in, so what you see is quite limited. However, the good news is that I was able to take a few shot of the strip at night which is the only way to see Las Vegas. Las Vegas is not really my cup of tea, but I'm willing to bet that it is appealing to many of you.

Because if I hadn't decided to change my flights I would now have been on my route to... Costa Rica indeed. Instead I will arrive there on Monday afternoon and I just hope that will give them enough time to recover. In any case, I think the presence of the windmill today was a lucky sign. ... in and cleaned away. I finished with enough time for a quick beer at bootlegger, the bar underneath the hostel. Then back upstairs to Skype with the family back home. Sunday was a bit of a waste thanks to shawn. He was suppose to come get me and surf trestles round lunchtime. He turned up at 315, only 3 hrs late. ... food. Had the pulled pork sandwich with hickory smoked sauce. O. M. G. it was beautiful. Few drinks and shots later - we are all in bed before midnight. But we can be forgiven.
