... where we could park for free and caught a shuttle bus to the Balloon Festival field at 4:30. They were very organized and we were able to go the back roads, through parking lots and into a special drop off place for these buses. We drove by lots of bumper to bumper traffic, so our decision to take the shuttles was proved worthwhile.
