Am surveying others on how they attempt to stay healthy when traveling in airports and on planes? I have traveled almost every week for over 13 years and have found some ways to cope but am interested in what others have found works for them?

Thanks!
Metro Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States weezy78... camped overnight and are now back in civilisation and en route to Lake Powell. The next blog will contain all the dirt from our time in Arizona!

A few people have asked about pictures, and we promise we shall put some up as soon as we get a chance (probably in Vegas or LA). Till then Dev will be uploading some pictures through his phone so do check out his profile for that.

That's all for now. Big love from The Grand Canyon to all!
- The Masters of Chill
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States dev-max... Unfortunately we were 3 days too late. The majority of the birds, thousands, had already taken off. There were a few still there and the sunrise was beautiful.
We then drove southwest to Silver City for a few days of exploring.

We got to explore many places in the meantime, visiting some of the places below:

Ski Santa Fe
Sandia Peak
Carlsbad Caverns National Park
White Sands National Monument
Albuquerque Old Town, Zoo, Aquarium, and Gardens
Petroglyphs National Monument
Roswell

and best of all Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary, where for 100 bucks we got to go in and ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States gnatalia... and one that with its decaying pavements was a place that appeared to be forgotten by the powers that be who ran the country. Obama may have been elected amongst much ballyhoo but I fear that this god fearing area would always be a rundown area that would crumble and filter away as America maintained its status quo of having cities in the south that didn't amount to much. This was a city that's downtown spoke volumes as an area that wasn't ...

Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States rone_9... We did not participate in group tours, but rather got private tours of various sites, mixed liberally with free time to explore on our own. The mix worked well for us, but IExplore will customize any trip according to the client's preferences. If anyone has any questions about arrangements, costs, accommodations, sights to see, or things to do, We'll be happy to share with you our ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States bassalleckj... white sands are a few hours away from Carlsbad, but are definately worth the day trip. This dried up seabed formed from Gypsum is candy to the eyes. Once you reach the heart of the white sands, it is white as far as the eye can see. The sand itself is very nice. Not the finest sand in the world, but is cool and moist under the surface, and makes for great sand castle building. We had a ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States renizenz... that can be found in other areas of the park. The power of these vistas lies in the scope of the landscape. It seems like the multicolored hills stretch on forever. We didn’t stay long enough to experience this facet of the Painted Desert, but I’d imagine that it changes colors during the day in the same way that the Grand Canyon did. Even if one doesn’t have all day to watch the changes, it is still worth spending a little time ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States mikvs... age, not my age. That almost never happens now, and I don’t see it happening amongst my younger peers either, except for cross-sex hook-ups. I came back and visited again a few years later and found out that she’d been killed in a car wreck, right about the time there was a song of the same name all over the radio. Life’s weird.
