We walked on the trail through Charlestown up to the Bunker Hill Monument where even though it was sweltering at 90 F we all walked up the small spiral staircase to the top of the monument all 294 steps. Felt so amazing to reach the top and to be able to stand for a moment and get some cool air coming through one of the small windows.
