... I arrived they were already well setup, things just needed a little tweaking and we were done by 1630h.



I was walking back to the hotel when I took a wrong turn and got a little lost. I sorta knew where I was but decided to fast track the correction by using the GPS on my iPhone which gave me walking directions and I was back at the hotel in 5 minutes. How did we ever live without SmartPhones?

... it. Our final verdict on audiobooks is that they’re good for road trips, but they’re not good if you’re tired because you will fall asleep.

We crossed into Delaware after paying what seemed like a million tolls (we didn’t have to pay any tolls on the trip except for leaving Delaware and the surrounding states), and we were 30 minutes, 20 minutes, 10 minutes, 5 minutes away from home.

... disappointed.

We finally got into Philly at about 3:30 PM, and after figuring out it was about 2 miles to my hotel from the train station, I decided that I was too tired and had had too little food that day (read: none) to figure out how to navigate the city. And so, today I successfully hailed my first taxi.

Of course, the first taxi I hailed "didn't know" how to get to my hotel, and almost ran me over in his hurry to get away from ...

Well kids. I jinxed my flight. In an earlier post I said I'd be able to sleep if there weren't children crying on the plane.
