    A nice campground after a 4 hour drive through Montreal - mostly easy driving, which is good, because we didn't know how much twisty, windy, up and down we would face the next day on "La Route des Sommets", and after crossing the border into Maine!

    ... had breakfast at the bistro Louise Penny said was the inspiration for Gabriel and Olivier's B and B. Because of the duck fete the dining room had too many tables crammed in, but it had low ceilings and a fireplace, not lit in this heat of course. Afterward we walked over to the bookstore.     Today was an even later wake up for the kids. I guess they were tired from all the boating they did yesterday. We're leaving today, but not until evening.
