So. Here's to an Investment in Adventure! An "investment"--I'll be broke and unemployed when I get back, but one in a new home (temporarily--or maybe not :)..), new friends, new students, new teachers, a new culture, a new continent, new challenges, a new language and a new state of mind!

This stop was all about streamlining our luggage, giving the (third) car back to those nice (?) people at Avis, and catching the train.

Golf Digest 4,5 stars course
Threesome a fait un arrêt au Airway Meadows GC à 30 minutes au nord d'Albany. Ce parcours ne mérite pas 4,5 étoiles...il faut croire que ceux qui ont donné ce rating au terrain devaient avoir fumé du bon stock!!!!! Demain matin, Founders Club à Penn National, première ronde de pratique avant de planter(nous le souhaitons...bravo Europe) les Américains ...
Little Ride around Town
Again, it was such a beautiful day that I felt guilty not taking advantage of it, so after some inner turmoil, I set off from my house through Niskayuna to the bike path at Lock 7. My route to Lock 7 took me over St. David's Lane, my favorite road in Niskayuna because of all of its trees and beautiful houses. After I crossed rt 7, I traveled on Rosendale Road, which is quite pleasant as well.
