Late night having Italian and creeps for pudding so a bit of a sleep in. The queue for the Monterey Aquarium was ginormous. Maybe we are getting a bit weary but all agreed to move on without too much heartbreak. There followed a series of anti-climaxes- "Lovers Leap" can't see the attraction, "17 Mile Drive" apart from one lovely Pacific Beach utterly mediocre and as private land ...

And on top of Nob hill you have a great view down the typical San Francisco steep roads, there is also the Grace Cathedral: an old looking gothic style cathedral with large steps in front of it: with amazing doors, paintings inside and wonderful colored glass windows. We even got a free concert, since a choir was singing when we entered ...
... bonus it was happy hour all day. After having truly gorged ourselves on a few appetizers and a butterfish each we capped it off by splitting the massive & tasty Hula pie.
We ended the night at the Mucky Duck followed by a few other local establishments where we met a variety of colorful characters (or maybe we were the characters....I can't be sure)
Side note: Chris' 'beard' is officially out of control.
