Moved to Draper to get some work done on our Excursion. The work needed was written up on Wed. We had the coach at the gate by 8 AM so work could get done in one day. Reason for trip was to visit Jake at Turning Point Centers. Arrived Sunday afternoon 6/8. Visited Jake at the center in Sandy, Utah during family visitation. Fantastic mountain and nature views. Lodging at Sheraton Salt Lake City. Monday am bike rental. Decadent waffle at Bruges Waffles and Frites. Followed the published city tour with extension up City Creek Canyon - 15.5 miles total. Nice swim in the Sheraton outdoor pool. Session with Jake and therapist ...
... really restores my faith in our fellow man. :). And by the way my family said one of my gifts is I have never met a stranger. Guess that makes Frank a new friend.
I checked into the Crystal Inn and suites just outside Salt Lake City. The weather is sunny and I am pleased with the hotel. It has been a good day but all of a sudden I realized how tired I am. Looking forward to a good nights sleep.

I quickly called Southwest Airlines who assured me that if I arrived at the airport within two hours of my departure time that they would put me on standby for no additional charge. So, after a quick layover in Chicago, we finally arrived in Orlando at 6:00 PM. Moral of the story is...SOUTHWEST AIRLINES IS GREAT! ...
... go check out the organ in the Tabernacle. The organist happened to be there, and she graciously played a song on that organ so we could experience what it sounded like in the Tabernacle.
Overall, we were very impressed by the hospitality and information sharing provided by our hosts at Temple Square.
Mark picked us up and drove us back to our hotel. We leave tomorrow a.m. for Bryce Canyon National Park.
