Made it from Fairfield North Carolina to Ocala Florida. Pretty pooped but the hotel has a pool and we stretched out for a bit listening to the cars on the highway roar past. But, we're in shorts and in Florida. Ocala, in the central part of the state boasts the Ocala National Forest and from what we can see not too much else. It is hard to believe that today is the first day of spring. Temperatures were in the 60s this morning. Richard got up to golf at Briarwood this morning and I had some time to enjoy the feeling that finally my cold is starting to subside. I am still terribly congested and breathing through my mouth but at least I am not sneezing every 15 minutes.
