This is a lovely, quiet campground beside the white river. I was the only RV and my section which was next to a side stream. I walk the loop as it began to sprinkle, so I returned to the RV and had supper. A major lightning and thunderstorms began about midnight and lasted till 230. ... a milkshake... we ate most of it with a spoon. Fantastic value at $3.50!! Can probably claim it as the best milkshake I've ever had... and I've had alot of milkshakes in my short 21 years!
Back at the hotel it had started to rain really heavily so we went and spent some time in the spa before heading to White Castle (conveniently located 200m from our front door) for dinner. Not a healthy dinner, but it had to be done! We ordered ...

Sadly because of roof maintenance we were unable to see\walk onto the field which was pretty disappointing. Interestingly enough both of us were extremely surprised at how small the field actually is in real life. It looks much bigger on TV!

... Peru seeing the many facets of the country. This is what got my attention. I would not only be sightseeing, but getting a taste of local flare and happenings. Since the local touch is more my style, I uncertainly booked the trip. My nervousness was not with going to Peru, but with going with a group. Totally not my style, but given the short notice and general knowledge of Peruvian travel, it seemed much easier. Right now, I need easy.
