Beautiful Birds in Cotton Country
Unfortunately we did not get back into Savannah on Thursday as it rained and rained all day.
We are now heading towards Louisiana as we missed New Orleans back in February because of severe storms. Our next stop was supposed to be Tallahassee but everywhere was fully booked, apparently because it's the 'Big Game - college football.

Onderweg naar de Atlantic
... vlak naast aan een dierenartsenpraktijk. Heel apart.
Met flinke vaart rijden we door naar Santa Rosa, aan de Gulf Coast. Een leuk plaatsje aan zee, waar we in de 'Seagrove Village Market' een hapje wegwerken. Het moet ooit een authentiek restaurantje zijn geweest, maar het is nu een eet-snel-je-hap op eetschuur.
Maar de geur en de aanblik van de zee maakt alles goed, we zijn op de goede weg.
