(Sound adds to the ambience, hearing the wind blow across the decks and the sea sloshing against the hull, but isn't essential.) VIDEO 2 - This is four and a half minutes long and is behind yesterday's door, 4 February. It's a stroll up The Atrium's Grand Staircase and along Deck 2 past Cafe Carinthia, Queens Room, Gift Shop, Golden Lion Pub and ...

Another full on busy day. Started the day with a quick trip to Santa Monica Pier for breakfast. Santa Monica Pier is the end of Route 66. Okay so not such a quick trip. Breakfast on the pier then went on a 2 hour tour down the coast to Malibu. Shirley Maclaine sold her home some years ago and it was so big it is now apartments. We even ...

Probably ...

... but burritos and tacos so that is what we did! Claire and I strolled along the harbor and enjoyed an original spicy burrito while looking out over Coronado Island and the sunset. People come to the beach to surf, skate, bike, jog, tan, or read a book. I was surprised by all the activity going on around us, despite of the heat. I guess ...

... and worthy of a quick look. If we had all day we wouldn’t need it. They seriously need to rethink how all this is shown. Maybe we’ve been spoilt for the clever systems and interesting things we’ve been to. It was awe inspiring the beautiful wood detailing and the feeling of the history oozed from every porthole. Our Glory Days tour was lead by James a very enthusiastic gentlemen that was the highlight ...
