    Checked in to the rv park and gentleman working the desk actually was from Owensboro. Hadn't lived there for a while but knew of moonlight BBQ. Small world. Rode metro bus ($1.20) to river walk and went to Rita's and had 6 oz margerita followed by a 32oz texas margerita. Had sour cream chicken enchiladas and guacamole that was made by our waiter at our table. Yum ...

    One of the many man made lakes in Texas (they only have one natural lake and share it with Louisiana (Caddo Lake). Someone had the great idea to enable persons with limited mobility the opportunity to fish. We went to visit an old friend of Mike (Aubrey) they were married to sisters at one stage of their lives. Later on our trip we were informed Aubrey had passed over. We felt he had hung on to see Mike again. This was the sad part of our trip till the next one. ...

    ... received a heart transplant 14 years ago, in 1997. His donor was Lindsay Frankhauser, a 16 year old girl from Oklahoma. Their families have grown close. Wayne knows their sacrifice was great and was made with love. He has been given 14 more years of life with his wife and family. Wayne and his wife volunteer for LifeGift of Fort Worth every chance they get to make others aware of the importance of organ and tissue donation.
