Stayed over in Charlotte last night. It was our first experience with AirBNB and it went well. Jonathan and his partner were very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. On the other hand our flight experience was not nearly as good. USAir/American Airlines really screwed the pooch. They were asking for volunteers to give up seats and we decided ...

It has been reconstructed and there are working buildings, some with guides in costume to talk about the various trades etc. The first one we came to had a nice man who after we talked for a bit asked us if we would like to throw a tomahawk. During the afternoon there were a number of station wagons and beaten up vehicles with what I would call undesirable people turning up at the motel and leaving again soon after. I got the distinct impression that this was a hangout for dodgy dealings of one kind or another and was wondering if this was going to be a safe place for me to leave my belongings etc. Anyway, I was going out ...

... that there is a lavatory in the front of the airplane for the first class passengers and a lavatory in the rear for the coach passengers. Once I made my full announcement, I went to the front to help Lori serve her first class passengers. She was working in the front and I was working in the back. I turned and looked to the back of the plane and there was a lady standing in the aisle way behind first class so I went back and asked her ...
