The Big Texas Steak Ranch, Amarillo, Texas. Their claim to fame is that it is the "Home of the Free 72-ounce Steak", but the small print says it's a complete dinner with 2 sides and must all be eaten in one hour. We had lunch at this landmark restaurant, but had a much, much smaller portion!

... graffiti'd dumpster you are there".  The ranch is a well known landmark where in the middle of a field, 10 old Cadillac's are up-ended in the ground all at the same angle. The public are encouraged to bring their own spray paint and put their mark on the cars. The cars are regularly re-painted to provide a clean canvas. After three attempts, we finally found the Cadillac Ranch...I can't believe we wasted that much time looking for this exhibit....but Ian can always say he saw it.
