        ... out all blue light which made the shape of the manatees stand out a lot more in the water. Occassionally they would come up for air and this was when we were able to see their faces but otherwise the point of the tour was spot the dark blob in the water. It was all very exciting! We also saw our first Alligators and even an Osprey as it dove and caught a fish. After our Everglades nature adventures Josh drove us back to the urban area of Miami.

        ... The venue was the Cheesecake Factory and the food as ever is gorgeous. They serve more than just cheesecake, although that's what their speciality is, with the huge portions though we have never made it to dessert.
