... What they do offer that ignites people’s interest are all the ATV’s they have for rent; their property rests right in the middle of the Paiute Trailhead, fitted with over 500 miles of off-road trails. Not to mention all the side detours which runs about 2000 miles in every conceivable direction. ... Ben Harper on Pandora.

We arrived at the hotel, had a delicious margarita, watched a show on tsunamis, and now here I am typing.

Chad's with us for nine days. It's the longest we've been together in a very long time, and aside from his fast driving, I am so happy he's here.

        Other notables:

We had a contest to see how long it would take to get to the Utah border.

We passed a geodesic dome, and Chad didn't even tell me...I ...

... found BFE but we did see some people scratching a living out of the meager earth occasionally. It was a long way between towns on this stretch of I-15 and the first part of I-70, 142 miles to be exact. Along this stretch we did see rocks covered with smaller rocks that looked like chocolate chips had been sprinkled on them and a couple of shoe trees (people had just tied old shoes to these spindly trees, go figure). At a pull-out near the San ...
