... and had a good introduction to the city and found a museum to spend some time in. I don't recommend Brussels as a vacation destination unless you are using it as a base for day trips or a flight or train on to somewhere else. I don’t remember the first flight at ...

... I’ve tried it but I definitely won’t be craving it in the future. Italy still does the best pizza in the world in my opinion.

On Sunday we decided to walk along the beach up to Lincoln Park. We passed Leo Burnett’s 7 foot tall sculpture of two feet on the sand. They’re part of the Art Institute’s promotion of its exhibit by Belgian artist Rene Magritte. Children were having great fun climbing on ...

... of shootings in the poor areas, with plenty of people sitting on the street holding signs saying 'I just want to go home' or 'I need money for weed'!, or 'Money to feed my kids' or '2nd job interview, I need $14 to get to Joliet', many saying 'homeless and hungry' or disabled and hungry'. We have given money here and there, we have seen a black guy giving a bag of food here and there to down and outs, we have heard the black concierge stating the hard line, ...
