      The day started a little earlier than most, as we had to be up at Sur la Table by 11.00am for a cooking class - Holiday Tapas. We started walking in -1C conditions but the temperature was up to 4C by the time we arrived, together with our fellow cooking class members, right on 11.00am.       Another long weekend to the US, this time stopping into the middle in Chicago, IL. Nestled along the shores of Lake Michigan, it's a sprawling city, 3rd largest in the US.       ... me once and Hinesh twice. There was a bratty little boy behind us who on the 15th hole decided to throw a tantrum and cried til the 18th hole. I felt sorry for his parents. We tally up our scores and Hinesh kicks my ass by 10 shots.
