Slept great last night, mainly because we were so worn out. This morning we discovered that the SpringHill Suites complimentary breakfast included biscuits and gravy, so we headed down to try them out. The gravy was really good, probably better …
... was also apprehensive about towing our 25' Airstream and all our camping gear up the mountain from Old Fort, NC, to Black Mountain, NC. It is about a seven mile climb and was about all our old tow vehicle (a 2008 Chevy Suburban with a 5.3 liter engine) could handle. I'm not sure. All I know is that I am glad to be here. Though I miss my loved ones in Mexico greatly, I also realized how much I missed all of the people in little ol' Tampa, Florida. I even miss the salty fishy smell on a warm summer night as I cross the Courtney Campbell bridge. In fact, I adore it.
Leaving Wallburg behind we went to Keith's new girlfriend's house Lori for breakfast. Great breakfast in a lovely house. Sorry if I have spelt your name wrong Lori.
If it is any help Lori our solid financial advice is you should pay the old fellah off and keep the house. The money you will save from lawyers and realtors fees you can buy Keith another KTM.
