Well, we headed off this morning headed towards Mentor, Ohio, and took a wrong turn somewhere and ended up in Pennsylvania! Which is absolutely beautiful, I might add. All the leaves are changing colour and it's absolutely amazing; just like something you'd see on a calendar.

After visting several more bridges and another couple cemeteries, we meandered back north through North Kingsville stopping at the Covered Bridge Pizza Parlor - built within the remains of a covered bridge torn down in the early 1970's - for a small pizza and some cool drinks before returning to my folks’ house.

Times when we would visit, my sister and I would be trundled off with the grandparents when they attended church in Springfield. A pack of crayons and drawing pad would ensure we kept the squirming to a minimum, and lunch at Baker’s was our reward.

Jill and I found something we loked to do more than playing Scrabble....put puzzles together. Here are some pics of our late night puzzling. We would spend hours in the evening fitting the pieces together. We would work on opposite sides in complete silence, then switch sides when we stopped making progress in our respective areas. We were a great puzzle team!!
