Monday was a wonderful adventure from beginning to end. After a quick 5 mile roundtrip ride to the second tunnel, I packed it up and headed south east. Crossing the Ohio River brought us to the southern tip of Illinois. Within the first two hours of roaming the forested regions of our own state we encountered seven cars along the side of the interstate held temporary hostage by flashing red and blue lights. Quick stop for ...

After three texts of “almost there” I finally arrived near 7:00 p.m. At the top of the front stairs awaited Jessica’s bags to be loaded. Her dad welcomed me into the kitchen to fill up on two pulled pork sandwiches before the real journey commenced. After some slight rearranging everything fit perfectly in the car and we took to the road. After making our ...

... She said a clown needs a trained dog and that when we least expected it, she'd slip the dog into our trailer and let our cat and the dog sort themselves out. :)

    - Sunday morning's jump was at 6am, so we drove the two hours to Brookfield with the show. We weren't parking on the lot (thus no power to make coffee) but were immediately saved by a text from Steve asking if we wanted to do breakfast at Panera with Shelby, Pete, and him. YES...yes we did. After breakfast, we got ...
