    ... golf course they have in the park. This is a much different park than the one we just came from, so we kind of wish we stayed in Ludington, at least now we know for next time! but it was good to take it easy for the day and recharge the batteries. Plus camping in the woods is always fun, even with nothing to do. We really enjoyed our stay in Michigan and hope to come back again some day! Now it's time for the next stop - to visit Marne! ...

    ... any others we have stayed at, so maybe in the end it all evens out. Along the way we saw a huge sunflower farm; just fields and fields of sunflowers; and what great timing because they were all in bloom; that was a first and something I'll always remember for sure.     We left my grandpa’s house at 6am after spending the last
    11 days there with family. It was bittersweet leaving everyone behind but it
    was time to rejoin our lives at the circus in my grandma’s memory. She loved
    our show and loved that John was a clown. It was fitting that the bouquet of flowers
    the circus sent to her visitation were the same flowers that went to her

    ... a gas station/truck stop (the chain of stores, J&H Family Stores, at this gas station are the circus sponsors here) so when we finally arrived, we were shown where to park, we bought some snacks and settled in to the Ice Worlds part of the Planet Earth DVD (the emperor penguins are my absolute favorite part of that DVD).
