In the "you have got to be kidding me" department: it was opening weekend at Arapahoe Ski Resort this weekend. What? I'm craving an Apple Festival when I get home in PA next weekend, and they are already skiing here? Oi! I did not doing any skiing this weekend.

My morning started with an early Mass in Louisville (at St. Louis Catholic Church – appropriate, right?) then breakfast with good friends Greg ...

... hits in the 6th and 7th innings. I had expected to get bored during the game but was kept entertained throughout the almost 3hr game.   The stadium cleared quickly once the game was over.  I had called the hotel shuttle at the end of the game and we were swept along with all the other fans as we headed towards the main street and our pick up point. Back at the hotel we packed up our stuff to be ready for an early departure in the ...
