The Travel Ball got broken in. As we take our trip around the world, we're taking the world's beautiful game with us! We were making our way towards Lexington Kentucky to do some bourbon drinking but it was still a little too far away to do in a single drive. We spent the day driving through the winding roads of the Appalachian Mountains. When we entered Kentucky I was surprised at how foresty it was. A beautiful Kentucky day -- started with a foggy 39 degrees but this afternoon was a sunny 60. My plan had been to spend today at the reconstructed Fort Boonesborough, Kentucky's 2nd settlement, featuring artisans and pioneer reenactors. However, there has been a delay in opening up the Fort during the week... much to my disappointment. So off to plan B which started at White Hall State Historic ...
