... I could make it further, see pic. There were no CBs, but the clouds were down to 1200 to 1500 feet. After reaching 24J, I continued to Lake City, LCQ, and almost turned around, but the clouds lifted again. I finally saw Flying Tiger, and landed straight in on 18. Although it was drizzling, the visibility stayed good under the clouds.
It was a long day but felt good to be home. Overall, what a trip!
Leaving Miami. All Packed. Ready to go. We drove from Miami to Lake City. A little over 400 miles and 4 Superchargers. Miles 2,230 Would have been a great morning, if it was not for some loud and noisy kids and their inconsiderate parents waking up myself and the bus driving hippies parked next to me.
