... Very picturesque with limestone walls up to 1200 feet high. Boat goes north to beginning of canyon where Lewis named it and then returns.

Saw about 4 or 5 bald eagles and Kathy got a few good pictures. Went back to Helena and had dinner downtown at Mediterranean Grille. Kathy had chicken kabob and Bob salmon. Very ...

... for an appointment with and ENT doc to check out the ol' right sinus. We'll overnight there in a motel...imagine that! Since Shorty is empty and the bed back in "stock" condition, to be ready for the trade-in, it's the best we can do. As you may know, we like to stay at the La Quinta. Hopefully there will be plenty of room to park the coach there. We're flexible, so we'll figure it out...

... due to problems last spring with moose semi-destroying last years planting. I love the beasts, but they do have a nasty appetite.

We went to the National Park Service Missouri Breaks Center Fort Benton ,is the farthest point that steamboats could travel up the Missouri(this is against the flow of the river).
