Although a way out from the city centre, there is a free shuttle that runs every hour which is very easy. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel is fairly disappointing and if you have the option of eating elsewhere then I would recommend it! The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Clothespins are not a typical travel item for many people, but should be reconsidered given their usefulness and versatility. One way to deal with the tedium of being away from your family due to work-related travel is to take advantage of the time for yourself. ... animals from a walkway.

We were actually surprised to find out the amount of animals that they have there, because we only saw a handful of each type, as they are free to roam over acres and have underground dens as well. We lucked out and caught a few bears coming out of hibernation for the season.

All of the animals are fed, and don't have to hunt for their food, and so there is a very large population of ...

Today is the day! After checking into my flight last night and realizing I actually booked my trip for 91 days instead of 90 (in which case I needed a visa that I don't have), I wasn't even sure until this morning if I would be going to Prague at all today. Luckily, we caught it just in time, changed my return home flight, and now am set to go again! I still haven't finished packing, I don't know a word of Czech, and I am extremely underprepared for what is about to ...

... relaxed way of living--but we also realize that this doesn't easily translate to our Denver reality. Dogs need walking, laundry needs washing, dishes need cleaning, kids need feeding. Life marches on.

I continue to unpack from our travels. Yesterday, I found a seashell and some sand in the bottom of my suitcase, and a wave of nostalgia overcame me. It already seems a lifetime ago that we were in Costa Rica. It ...
