Well, tomorrow's the big day and we are all really excited to get our adventure underway. I'm hurriedly trying to print out tickets, vouchers and other confirmations so we are all prepped and ready.
We haven't taken such a large-scale, international trip in quite a long time, so it's interesting to see how the Internet has changed the way we travel. I'm using one website to collect all our various itinerary entries so ...
We were woken up early because it was Christmas morning. I went upstairs and saw what I had in my stocking. I got some lip balm, a scarf, a Starbucks card and some chocolates. Then after breakfast we went to open our other gifts, I got a magazine subscription, a hair straightener, a pandora bead and an iTunes voucher. Then I went on a walk with Mum ...
... trip I decided to stop and have a crÍpe. As I enjoyed my food I witnessed a soap opera of activity unfold in front of me involving stolen soda, racial profiling and a very very rude French man (what a surprise), it was so exciting. After the drama died down I went into T J maxx ( if any of you are wondering it is completely the same as T K maxx) and carried on down towards the museums and other important things. He whispered because he thought all the birds ...

Our final stop downtown was the Hard Rock Cafe, where Carolyn and Nick became a part of history (haha!) and joined me on my Hard Rock Challenge. Another one ticked off the list, only about another 120 to go!
On Monday it was time to pack up and move on, but not after dropping by Nick's school to say goodbye. It's so weird to see ...

Although a way out from the city centre, there is a free shuttle that runs every hour which is very easy. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel is fairly disappointing and if you have the option of eating elsewhere then I would recommend it! The staff are very pleasant and helpful.
