Der letzte National Park auf unserer US Tournee ist der Yosemite. Hier gibt es Fluesse, Seen, Berge und Tausende von Baeumen...ein wahrer Wanderer-Traum! Patsy and George came to assist with animal care while Annie was away, and were burdened with the additional drama of the passing of Cinders, the eldest resident cat, and the hospitalization of Bean, the second oldest cat who succumbed to some mysterious wound and had to be put to sleep. ... and salt water is superior to fresh water in the bilge. Salt water "pickles" the wood and prevents dry-rot, where fresh water is cause for dry-rot. The bilge is freshly painted, and there is actually a small layer of dust in the majority, telling me that water does not leak into the boat. This was totally unexpected. San Francisco is a really cool city...and because I liked it so much I extended my stay there.
