    ... of direction with a wind shift, enabled us to sail. Within an hour, the wind then dropped to virtually zero but perhaps someone does listen to my whingeing because within 30 minutes, we were romping along at 7 knots plus in 15 knots of wind – wonderful! We enjoyed this for a couple of hours then we had to head in towards Sandön, so for the last 4 miles we had the engine on but at least we'd had the few hours sailing so we (ie I was) were mollified.

    ... other than it was a giant medieval ship, so didn't really know what to expect ... And WPW. When they say giant, they really mean giant. It's an unbelievably huge ship, which sunk in the Stockholm harbour only about 20 minutes after setting sail for the first time, it is believed due to poor design.
