Today sees us leaving Witton Gilbert with Passports! Vicky took us to Durham Station and then we caught the train and bus to Manchester Airport! The whole journey went very smoothly, with the exception of lugging large cases up and down stairs at York but hey ho! Very early in Airport - 1hr before gate opened. After leaving Aberdeen on Saturday 17th, the first leg of the train journey was to Edinburgh through some impressive coastal scenery and views of Firth of Forth bridge etc. Arriving in Edinburgh we had about 45 mins before the next train so we walked up the ramp out of the station walked about 10 metres along Princes St. taking photos as we went then down another ramp back into the station.
