busy as route 7 and is perhaps much more bike friendly than route 7.
As this road is not at such a high altitude as route 7 it means it has more

We moved into our apartment on March 1. We came with two trailers of furniture, and were accompanied by John, Shane's uncle that took care of us in Kongsvinger, and Karianne, Shane's cousin. They pulled together some furniture for us to begin to fill our large apartment. ... back over a thousand years, and seemed to be quite a good place in our brief visit. We saw a couple of old Viking ships and and a few old merchant boats, and managed to be ready to catch the train in time..... Except... There was a breakdown of some kind so we were bundled into coaches and driven 30 or 40 Kms before being dropped at another station for the trip to Oslo's Gardemoen airport, and then to our hotel for an overnighter before staggering out to catch the 06.30 ...

Today, I followed the Telemark Canal along a few suspect dirt roads all the way to Lunde. After an initial climb, it was mostly rolling hills, which were much of the way along the water.

I was feeling good after about 80km and I wanted to message my next Warmshowers host, so I buckled down a bit and rode all the way to Lunde, at just over 100km.

I found a hidden-ish spot next to a school and set up camp there just as it began to rain, ...
