    ... countries, I saw at most 15 pickup trucks. You'll see that many pickups on a very slow day in any WalMart parking lot. They simply don't exist in Europe. And the ones I did see were the small variety Toyota. No GMC Sierra 2500s ever. The previously discussed narrow roads in city driving had something to do with it surely but still none in the countryside, none anywhere.

    In Frankfort very little of note. We had to walk forever to get to our gate but we had plenty of time. Left about 45 minutes late but made it up. This flight was 5 hours so this time I watched a movie and slept just a little. Another decent meal. The screen shot photos proved we weren't in Kansas any more. When the plane landed out came the scarves. Waited forever for luggage. All in all the 22 hours it took to get here went by ...
