It was great to see the sunlight streaming through the windows when we woke up this morning. Yesterday was such a rainy day. The sunshine forecast a great day.
Breakfast was the traditional cheese, ham. bread and eggs. The eggs were from the chickens in the back yard. There is very little processed food in Norway and using chemicals on produce is forbidden. The produce in the markets looks wonderful. It tastes good, too.
