Through the Time Warp and Into Milwaukee

When you type 'Milwaukee' into the GPS from Massillon Ohio, you get an estimated 7.5 hours of drive time. Apparently Google has yet to program time warps into the maps app. Not that time matters when you have no job, but let me break something down.

We left at 10am EST, lost an hour due to time zone change, and arrived at 7:45pm Wisconsin time. 10a-7:45p would be 9.75 hours then add in the lost hour and were at 10.75 hours total!?!

    We made it.

It was great to meet up with Dick and Jan again, and I'm looking forward to seeing them the next time they visit La Crosse. My ride to Kenosha went quickly, it was only another ten miles or so from where I left Racine. I arrived at ...

Most of the museum was dedicated to a temporary exhibit called Hiding Places: Memory in the Arts, which was split into four parts: From Memory, Forgot Memory, Shared Memory and Holding Memory, which explored various aspects of memory.

After touring the museum I headed for Racine. I got a room in Kenosha on the shore of Lake ...

... people to see. The stories behind everything are also amazing. We will definitely be coming back here as they change the exhibits every so often so there are always some different things to see. Thanks to Shelby and Rick for the ticket to get in and I got the military discount so it only cost 12 dollars to get in and free parking right in front. Took lots of pictures, but can't put them all on here but will share them ...
