    ... at first however I decided to continue the run at my normal running pace which was slightly ahead of the other girls. Around the 1mile mark Tristan caught up with me and was soon ahead. The run had a lovely setting but the sun was out making it that more difficult. I completed the run in around 34 minutes which I was pleased with and just behind Tristan at 31.
