We left Perth at 8am. Travelled to Sydney which took 4 hrs. We waited for 2 hours at Sydney airport. Then we flew to Los Angeles and it took 14 hours. I found it very boring and tiring because I couldn't sleep. I played my IPad, listened to music, watched a few movies and some TV show on the in flight ...

Managed to get chatting to a few peeps on the train and got help re which bus stops to get on and off at. We didn't realise that the shuttle bus buzzer was for the Monday to Friday shuttle until disturbing the (slightly grump) lady on the other end. Oh well the 2km walk was good exercise apart from nearly being taken ...

... had a free ride to the beach. On disembarking I offered the change I had. He did not want it and explained that if we pay the full fare to the beach we can return within 2 hours for free. This is all very strange but seeing as we already had a free ride, it had no relevance for us today. It was nice to know the rules after weeks of using the busses. We stayed at the beach for about 4 hours and we had our last refreshing swim in the Indian Ocean. The sky was ...
