We left Kerrville, Tx this morning. Kerrville is a town I could live in. Just the right size, clean, friendly people and easy to navigate. We drove on to Houston to visit Gordy's cousin, Delores and her husband, Gus. It had been years since we had seen them, and they have added a daughter since we last saw them. We just were ...

... a changing of the guard. Hugo was impressed with their "hair" which I pointed out was a helmet/hat! We were notably impressed by the beautiful cool air and clean streets of Scandinavia. And, not surprisingly (but still impressive) by the crazy prices - $45 for scrambled eggs and bacon, yogurt and granola and a coffee!! But, maybe that's just what those things should cost ... In the evening, we were ...

    ... mode - I didn't know what he meant!

We all fuelled up again using the super efficient way that the Logistics Team employ and parked back up in our formations. This service station is known as Buc-ee's. It is almost a department store that also has a fantastic range of snacks and drinks available. LJ and Dave had a Ham melt each which they said was lovely. I couldn't confirm that this was the case as they both wolfed ...
