    ... kitchen to grill our marinated pork strips and mix up a batch of sauce to go with the pork once it was cooked. Potatoes and onions were chopped and cooked down with a small amount of chorizo meat to form the base for a dish that was enjoyed by everyone.     ... on today. We continued driving, planning to go through some Amish country as we were interested in finding out more about their way of life. There are several Amish settlements in Ohio, most now being quite commercialised due to tourists, but most of the businesses they ran (like the Flea Market) were actually closed, only open a couple of days a week.     ... and all the really tall skyscrapers. The architecture and scenery were very pretty and Chicago is now one of our top cities in the States.
    We would like to say big thank you to Kate, Alex and all the family for the generosity, hosptality and great food.

    We left Chicago on the 3rd of September to fly to LAX in California.

    ... and it even delayed the start of the game ten minutes but it didn't rain a single drop once the game started. The real luck occurred however with the start time of the game. I didn't realize it until I was driving to Coach Cochran's after the game but the game started at 1:22 after the delay and I had it on my schedule to start at 2:10!
