    At 5:45 in the early morning we were gathered in the lobby hotel, we were not the only group, there were some other people - most of them Dutch, waiting for the bus who would take us to the Road Bear factory, Middlebury, Indiana for picking up the brand new motorhome.     ... but this has changed over the years but football still is god. There is a huge stadium which is just for football and hosts about 6 games a year. Their football season is only about 11 games. Seems such a waste to have a facility so underutilised.

    ... of the back roads back to South Bend and drove through areas that were predominantly Amish farms. One of the cutest things I saw was a small buggy with 3 small children being pulled by an equally small horse. Miniature of what we had seen in town.

    Back in town, we chatted with Madge and then enjoyed a lovely meal of roast stuffed boneless pork and vegetables followed by a piece of her delicious apple pie. More chatting before retiring to bed.
