    ... me yawn right now! We’re setting up on a parking lot in Glen Rose which is nice for not getting dirt and mud in the house, but less than stellar for the animals. No grass grazing for them, but they get plenty of food and water to get them through. The tent has to be tethered to semis to hold it up since they can’t drive stakes into the ground.     ... to get there. That being said, the GPS has led very far off track in the past—so we take the directions cautiously. We have to make sure we either have enough fuel for the entire trip or we have to know exactly where the major truck stops are to fill up. We have been forced on two different occasions to used our extra gas cans to make it the last few miles--it is not a good time.

    When we left Colorado Springs we did not have the paperwork necessary to get license plates for our new truck or our Redwood 5th wheel. It was something that we were unsure how to handle long distance—but we knew if it was possible, Catrina could get it taken care of. Worst case scenario, we would make a trip back to Colorado Springs to get the license plates in person—but heading back ...

    ... of 2,000 on a weekend might be almost impossible. What we found was… people here are friendly and will go out of their way to help. The one notary that was within 30 miles of our campground was at home, but he was happy to meet us. So we met the friendly, more than helpful,notary at the Exxon gas station about mile from our campground. We would never have dreamed!!!

    ... what was up. He came over and took care of everything. Now we will see how good Geico ins is, because here it is not no fault. Will post some pics. Decided to head for a campground that is American Legion, well it is the worst campground that we have ever stayed in.
