Today was our last full day in California. The kids don't want to leave! I think we may have created some wander-lusting monsters! Both kids have said on different occasions they want to live here and Emily has already planned to apply to colleges in Southern Cali. oooh boy!

The shuttle to the parking lot delivered us to Blue, our motor home, in no time at all. Pulled off the covers, started her up and we were off on our next adventure, three months up the west coast to Alaska!!!

First up, a nap! Kind of an anti-climatic way ...

... Dad, Thanks for your message you left earlier today. I am glad you are coming up to see me at Mum's. I understand you rang her earlier and said you would come to the hairdressers to see me, but that's going to be a little difficult and a little impersonal. As you are your own boss, I am sure you can leave work early that day. It is a Friday after all. I know you have a Ladies night in Devon, but am I not more important than ...
