I had a bad night last night, woke up at 1am and couldn't get back to sleep. I dozed but did not sleep properly as I woke up every hour. I was also extremely hot and stuffy which was not great. At 2am I realised I forgot to remind the kids about Dad's birthday so I texted them both, Stuart got back to me straight away and told me they were seeing him on Sunday. Paul did not get back to me but I will ring him when I get to Seattle. When we finally got up ...
