      ... there were claims of warming effects that were tempting.

      Later we threw up the tent. Instead of everyone bringing their own we all carried pieces of a 6 person in hopes it would be more convenient/ warmer. It was definitely not warmer... I froze my tush off! It wasn't so bad at the beginning when we were telling not so scary stories (more like disturbing thoughts without the thrill) and chatting away.       ... then re-check it into CLT, but the "new" American/USAirways could care less, so why should we, right? It's 10 minutes past boarding time and security is very tight. Boarding has now started. We've never seen such tight security. It appears to be isolated to our particular flight or perhaps USAirways/American, as there are several other flights to the US in our "secured area".
