I enjoyed my short time in Istanbul and definitely need a good 3-4 days there. I hope you enjoy the photos. But I was happy I got to see what I did, and it did break up my flights home.
I will write a final post this weekend on trip thoughts. Until then, it's back to work, back to regular life and back to not eating bread with every meal, which is ok.

... I still believe, however seeing it first hand and seeing the players practice made me realise just how physical these men are. Yes there is a lot of padding and yes it's not in my eyes all necessary, but there is a much lower injury rate in NFL than there is in rugby union. There is also a lot less serious injuries, by serious I mean broken necks, spinal injuries and head knocks. They still happen, however to nowhere the same degree. I'm not in anyway saying rugby ...
