This morning we joined Dave, Lisa, and Izzie for breakfast in Cedar Rapids at the Neho Market. They have a variety of types of food. Then Dave headed off to work. After waking up and getting Izzie going, Sheila and I headed to the trailer to take a shower and clean up. Then it was back to watching Izzie while Dave got some chores done. We had lunch with Lisa and Dave at the Hamburg Inn in Iowa City. Dave went to work at 3:00 and Lisa ...
... off to sleep again. The neat part of the adventure came at 6:15am when Izzie woke us up to her soft talking. We spent the next hour talking and giggling with her. She is such a sweetheart.
So, we survived with flying colors. Izzie was happy to see her mom and dad when they returned from the coach at about 11:00am. Once again, we showed the naysayers that we still have it as parents.
Time for a little nap!!
