Sarasota has an absolutely wonderful Farmer's Market every Saturday morning. We didn't want to miss our first chance to visit, so after Lars played tennis at the Longboat Key Tennis Courts with his "group" I met him and we headed to central Sarasota.
The market is right in the middle of the city and spreads over several blocks. You can find plenty of locally grown organic fruits and vegetables along with lots of other lovely bakery items, flowers, ...
