    ... milk through long clear hoses into a large stainless steel vat and picked up by the delivery milk truck. And finally, a cup of sealant is popped over each tit to seal it from infections; the cows are returned to the field and the next set of 8 are led in for milking. I have to say that the fresh, cold, raw milk that we drank during our visit was the most mellow wonderful milk ever. And the fresh home made cheese was also delectable.

Since it was raining and we didn't want pizza again (delivered, of course) we asked the desk clerk about restaurants.
