Packed our stuff and it was off again. This time to Montgomery. Stopped at Race Trac convenience store. Like our QT. Angie bought 2 large cans of boiled Cajun Peanuts to bring home.

Started getting some rain going north on I-75 around Gainesville. Went north into Alabama on state route 231. Went through Dotham, Ozark, and Troy. Very beautiful country.

Got into Montgomery about 7 p.m. It was cold and windy.

Tomorrow headed to Selma and ...

term. George Wallace ultimately repented for his segregationist past, and
Montgomery pays homage to the Civil Rights struggle, but I still have to wonder
