After going around the lazy river once, we got off and went on these "racer" slides that you went down face first and had a little sled (nothing steep, so my mom did it twice and had a blast!). After that, I decided to go on the steep slides - one was a steep drop and then had a loop-de-loop and was enclosed (blue slide), while the other one was a straight drop (red slide)! ... after it and we took it. It turns out that we stopped at "Castle Rock". This area used to be a glacial lake and Castle Rock used to be an island in that lake. This area is part of Camp Williams which is known as the birthplace of the famous 32nd Red Arrow Division of the National Guard.
The rocks were amazing and great to climb around. It was a great, unexpected stop. We got back on Rt 90 and headed West again.

It was a big place very near to Great Wolf Lodge and as you walked in it looked like a huge lodge. Our drinks were brought to us by a large electric train. Those servers must love their job! Hello from Warrens Wisconsin. We began the day with an overcast sky. As we rode along it became very noticeable that land was flatter and we could see a long way away even with overcast skies and hazy conditions. We noticed a few windmills as we passed by then all of a sudden there were more and more. Turns out it was a windmill farm along the interstate.
